We reserve the right to ship any product within 7 days past your order. We are not responsible for carriers ship delays. If we shipped FEDEX, UPS or USPS overnight and shipment does not meet carriers promise for shipment, credit is issued to you after we contact the carrier to verify reason for late delivery. Please note- we are in most cases unable to offer 24 hrs overnight delivery. 2-3 day select shipping is available at a higher rate with FEDEX or UPS. USPS Priority mail is not a guaranteed 2-3 day service. If you elect to use USPS you must allow 7-10 business days to receive your shipment. If you cannot wait this long for free shipping (this method is used for free shipping) please choose another shipping option. Shipping time frames are as follows according to carrier terms:

USPS Priority- 2-4 days not guaranteed by USPS- Please refer above to shipping. FEDEX-UPS 2 DAY Shipping (extra charge will apply and be re-invoiced for special Saturday delivery) FEDEX -UPS 2 day shipments leaving Thursday before noon will arrive Monday. FEDEX-UPS 3 Day Super Saver leaving Wednesday will arrive Monday. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers at any time- We are not responsible for carrier ship delays. Free Shipping Offers may be sent USPS Media Mail, Priority, Parcel Post or FEDEX- UPS Ground Service.

FEDEX AND UPS DO NOT SHIP TO AFO AND US POST OFFICE BOXES (UPS STORE MAIL BOXES OKAY) Ship fees are subject to change at any time. We are not responsible for weather delays and addresses that may be incorrectly listed on your account. Reshipping items to corrected addresses not due to our error are charged additional shipping fees.

Return Policy:

Defective products can be returned for an exchange or refund if the item is not in stock. There are no restocking fees and we will not charge ship fees to resend your item.

No returns on opened used and registered software. All authorized returns must be received back to us within 7 days from the receipt of delivery of your order. Opened defective software can be returned for replacement with the same product only be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt or your original delivery.

All returns are required to be labeled with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which has to be obtained from our returns department prior to your returning the product. You must email us at returns@techsoftronics.com within 3 days of receipt of you order if there is a return issue. Restocking fees of 15% will apply to all unauthorized returns. Ship fees are not refunded for unauthorized returns and you will be required to pay shipping costs to send any item back to us not due to our error and or outside return policies listed.

All refused orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of $30.00 along with applicable restocking fees of 15% and shipping charges that will be charged to your credit card account in the event we are charged ship fees by carrier to return the item to us. Original shIp fees you paid for the item for a refused item-not due to our error are also not refunded.

Return of opened items due to customer purchase errors not due to our fault will be subject to shipping charges not refunded both ways to return item and a 15% restock fee from your credit. If items is opened and registered - restocking fees of 20% will apply and original ship fees and ship fees are not refundable to send the original item back Defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product without restocking fee. Replacement product will be shipped out on receipt of the returned product without additional shipping charges.
